查詢步驟如下顯示：<br>

### 1.   已完成方案

在欲查看的方案點選 「檢視紀錄」\

### 2.   顯示過去的收取紀錄

### 3.   在欲查看的日期，點選  「檢視紀錄」

### 4.   查看服務進度、備註、服務照片

可看到當次的服務進度、收取備註，以及照片喔！
