# 查詢服務進度與收取狀態

每次服務，您可以透過 Tracle 垃可 LINE 會員系統，查詢收取的進度與服務狀態，讓您即時掌握每次的收取狀況！ 查詢步驟如下顯示：

### 1. 登入[ Tracle 垃可官方帳號](https://line.me/R/ti/p/@569ebulo) 的會員系統

### 2. 點選「服務中方案」

點擊想要查詢方案的 「收取日設定」

### 3. 檢視當日服務記錄

進入您方案日曆頁面後，往下滑動，看到您今日預約或是過去紀錄，並且點選「檢視紀錄」。

### 4. 檢視過去服務紀錄

### 5. 查看服務進度、備註、服務照片

點選「檢視紀錄」後，即可看到當次的服務進度、收取備註，以及照片喔！

夥伴每次收取時，會拍攝現場的垃圾照片。\
若垃圾有超量的狀況，夥伴會回報三張照片，依序是全部的垃圾、有收取的垃圾、未收取的垃圾。

依照收取夥伴當下回報不同的收取狀況，您可能會查詢到不同的服務進度與收取備註：

1. 前往中：收取夥伴夥伴準備前往您的服務地址
2. 抵達：收取夥伴抵達您的服務地址，並且準備進行收取服務
3. 完成收取/ 未收取/ 未完全收取：收取夥伴依照當下收取狀況進行回報
4. 備註：收取夥伴回報的其他服務備註
