# 查詢預估服務時間與進度

為了讓會員能夠更精確、提前知道收取時段，以利安排個人時間，我們開發了「查詢預估服務時間與進度」的功能。在您排定收取日的<mark style="color:green;">**前一天 18:30**</mark> 後，您可於 LINE 會員後台查詢隔日收取 1 小時的「**預估收取時間**」。

#### 查詢方式：

1. 登入 [Tracle 垃可官方帳號](https://lin.ee/nwAdAIn) 的會員系統
2. 首頁會顯示「服務進度」

＊ 如果隔日未安排訂單，則不會有「排定收取時間」的區段唷！

＊「預估收取時間」是依據前一日排定的路線預估，實際抵達時間可能會因當日夥伴收取的情形有所變動，建議會員們可以提前將垃圾放置於地點喔！

### 一、收取前一日 12:00 後：服務進度會顯示「排定預約」與「路線規劃中」

### 二、收取前一日 18:30 後：服務進度會顯示隔日收取 1 小時的「預估抵達時段」

### 三、收取當日：收取夥伴前往您的地址時，服務進度會顯示「夥伴即將抵達您的地址」

### 四、收取當日：收取夥伴抵達您的地址時，服務進度會顯示「收取進行中」
