# 新增與取消收取日
### 查看方案中的收取日期
綁定 Tracle 垃可 LINE 會員系統後，您可以查詢方案排定的收取日期。
1. **點選 LINE 會員系統主頁「服務中方案」，選擇您希望查詢日期的方案，並點選「收取日設定」**
2. **進入方案日期頁後，圖中帶有「綠色圈圈」的日期就是您方案排定的收取日。**
方案中最後一次收取日就是方案到期日，建議您可以在方案到期前提早進行[續訂](https://tracle-tw.com/product/trashservice/)。

### 調整收取日期
方案期間，您可能因為期間外出、臨時無垃圾等狀況，需要調整收取日。 Tracle 垃可的會員可進入 LINE 會員功能後台後，進行服務日的調整。\
調整方式如下：
1. **取消預約排定的收取日期**
如方案期間，欲調整已排定的收取日期，您可以點選希望調整日期右側的**「取消預約」**。
2. **取消完成**
此時「已設定」服務次數 將會 -1 次，並且顯示「已取消預約」的確認通知。您可將此次服務次數調整至您希望加收取的日期（直接點選日曆上的日期）
3. **新增另外一個服務收取日**
您可將此次服務次數調整至您希望加收取的日期（直接點選日曆上的日期）。完成後，已設定日期會 +1，並且出現「已完成預約」的通知訊息。

### LINE 會員系統調整日期操作規範
1. 服務當天 9:00 前，會員都可以直接透過 LINE 會員系統取消當日排定的收取服務。服務當天 9:00 後，因路線、夥伴已排定，無法進行取消（還是會計算服務次數）。
2. 如隔天原本沒有沒定收取服務，希望增加收取日，最晚需要在前一天的 18:00 前增加服務日期。前一天的 18:00 後，就無法額外新增隔天的收取日。
