# 收取服務計次標準，與當天臨時安排服務方式

### 如果原本排定的服務沒有收取完成，是否計算次數？

如果原本排定的收取服務，是因收取夥伴未依照服務流程，導致未完成收取，當次的服務將不計算服務次數。除上述之外原因導致未完成收取時，都會計算當次服務次數。

### 當天額外收取服務安排方式

如您是訂購方案中的會員，並且希望安排當日補收取、額外收取服務，當在 [**Tracle 垃可 LINE 官方帳號**](https://lin.ee/nwAdAIn) 收到來自您當天服務安排的需求後，Tracle 垃可會為此筆臨時訂單進行取夥伴媒合。無論是否媒合成功，最晚都會在當天的 16:30 前與會員告知。
