### 多戶方案服務流程

1. **需求確認：**請至 [多戶方案](https://tracle-tw.com/multifamily-plan/) 頁面留下您的聯繫資料，專人將在 2-3 個工作日與您聯繫。或是您也可以直接加入 [**Tracle 垃可 LINE 官方帳號**](https://lin.ee/nwAdAIn) 立即與專人聯繫接洽！
2. **傳送報價單並且進行付款：**確認報價與服務細節，於服務開始前完成付款。
3. **現場環境佈置：**包含垃圾回收集中桶（如有加購）、免費現場公告張貼。
4. **開始服務：**依照方案每週固定日期收取。
5. **續訂服務：**到期前將收到 [**Tracle 垃可 LINE 官方帳號**](https://lin.ee/nwAdAIn) 的到期提醒訊息，由專人與您接洽續訂。

### 垃圾分類方式

**✅ 一般垃圾**：包含一般廢棄物、免洗餐具、衛生紙、保麗龍、骨頭、殘渣、煙蒂、未清洗乾淨之回收物，等**所有無法回收項目。**

**✅ 資源回收：**包含紙類、紙容器、玻璃類、瓶罐類（鐵鋁罐、寶特瓶、牛奶瓶等）。請簡易清洗後放置。

服務開始前垃可將為空間張貼垃圾、回收分類公告，並且提供電子版公告，方便客戶提供給住戶、房客。
